Taste the Experience

Thanks for visiting!!!

Set down a patch and take a few moments to relax and learn about
an opportunity that may just wet your whistle!
Just what exactly is Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company and how is this a business that someone entrepreneurial minded – like you – would want to own? Well, let us tell you a tale of Scott Niccolai’s grandfather, Renato “Nic” Niccolai and how Scott decided to create Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company…

Scott built Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company as a revival brand; as a tribute to his grandfather who taught him to slow down, enjoy the experience and to make memories that last a lifetime. Scott’s grandfather inspired him to use only the finest ingredients, like pure cane sugar and less carbonation than the mass-marketed colas. Just like in “olden days”, Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda is meant to be enjoyed and experienced. So we hope that you have an opportunity to visit us soon, but first you can learn more about our brand and why you would want to consider becoming an owner in the Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop brand. We have been serving up good ole’ fashioned soda pop in our collectable mugs at fairs and events since 2002 and we are looking forward to expanding the brand into new markets through franchising.

Just think about how life sometimes has you running in circles. Your career, your job, your boss. Is it time to take back the day? Is it time to think about your future and what you want to do for a living? Take a moment, slow down, and think about the franchise opportunity we have for you. Why? Because you will have the chance to enjoy Wild Bill’s the way soda was meant to be enjoyed and you’ll have the chance to share that experience with your loyal customers. You’ll never know what memory you’re creating for someone else until you join in our fun.

Are You Wild?
We are wild about
Wild Bill’s
We hope that you can be, too!

We are looking to expand where you live, so chances are you have never been to an event. Let us tell you a few things about what it is like to own and operate a Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company stand.

Our premium beverages are made from only the finest ingredients, and are loved by people of all ages!!

Our event managers hit the trail taking a fully outfitted stand out on the road. They set up shop, for a day, a weekend or just a few hours to serve our proprietary soda pop to our all ages fans.

We offer our customers refreshing homemade soda flavors throughout the day that they drink out of high quality collectable stainless steel mugs.

Customers can always bring the mug back anytime and anywhere a Wild Bill’s Old Fashioned Soda Pop Company stand is –for life—and again enjoy unlimited refills for the day for a minimal fee. Of course, many of our customers like to collect a new mug each year and we even sell them belt loop clips to carry their mug to keep their hands free for enjoying the day outdoors after they have finished their favorite flavor of soda pop.

Events are typically on the weekend and they’re seasonal. That’s quite a business for you huh?

You can check out our current schedule of events on our consumer site but here are the next 10 events we have scheduled. (Hint, hint. Notice how they last a day or two and then we are home!!)

Sure, we do catering and special events, too.

Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16 & Quinceañera Parties, Family Reunions, Corporate Meetings, Team Building Events and more. We are not just about the weekend warrior, these events give you a fully rounded offering for your customers and utilizing the protected territory you get with the Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop brand.

Event Preparation is important – and we know it, inside & out (this isn’t our first time at the rodeo!)wall3

Each event is fully planned out, weeks and then days in advance to ensure that once you are out there in the field, you have everything – and we mean everything – on hand to make the event run smoothly. We teach all of our field crews the ins and outs of event days from prep to loading the stand to running the show. They’re good at it, too. We’re certain we can teach you a thing or two about it and yes, we are sure that we can teach an old dog some new tricks. So don’t worry about that one, little, bit.

If you have ever thought about owning your own business that will allow you to operate on a flexible schedule while serving a quality product in a fun atmosphere that creates memories for your customers then a Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company franchise might be right for you. Our winning team will help you to learn our proven systems and procedures which will put you in business quickly so that you can be wetting the whistle of customers in your neck of the woods.

About Wild Bill's

We Already told you a little bit about Scott,

but here are a few more tidbits you’d probably like to know.

He started the business in 2002 operating the events and managing production of the sodas out of his house.

Soon after, Scott moved into a small office and rented space to store the stand when it wasn’t being used at an event.

Other Wild Bill’s operators started running their own show right about 2006 and we have both company operations and licensees operating stands in over 25 states including in Texas, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Florida and Ohio markets. This means two things 1 – and this is pretty important – we’ve worked out the kinks and what you need to do to run an event has been proven out, time and time again and 2 – we know markets where we can expand, so there’s lots of room out there for aspiring owners in the Wild Bill’s Soda brand.

Franchising since 2014, Scott is ready to help others hit the trail and serve up some sweet and wholesome memories to countless customers each week, month and year. He’s not alone, he has a seasoned team to support his band of owners with Don, Marty, Steph and the entire back office crew who work on manufacturing (ensuring you have plenty of supplies including soda, mugs and branded merchandise for each and every event), marketing (great advertising templates to use in your market) as well as financial, operational and management experience to give you the assistance and support you need as a new owner.

We think “it is better to work smarter not harder”. If that seems like a corporate cliché, it isn’t – not when you think about developing a business for your future. Thinking about that every day will help you stay focused. It will help you to earn back your investment in the business and to allow you to have a great quality of life – enjoying your family, friends and loved ones.

We think our owners should have their own memorable times to look back on as they relax, take a moment and drink in the sweet life that Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Company can offer to someone who follows our lead.

What Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company is all about

Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company is a Western themed retail stand that visits fairs, festivals and events offering customers high quality, delicious soda in collectable stainless steel mugs.

Our product let’s us sell great memories

While we do sell olde fashioned style sodas, made with all natural ingredients and never ever any preservatives or high fructose corn syrup – we are really selling an experience to our customers. There is nothing like your first visit to Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company stand when the atmosphere is fun, and nothing in the day is more important than that first refreshing sip of Rocky Mountain Root Beer™ or Sarsaparilla Six Shooter. That simple moment takes our fans (pardners) back to a simpler, and let’s just say – a more innocent time. Our premium beverage flavors are served ice cold with free refills throughout the day. Our customers love that they can begin the day at the fair with a traditional Vanilla flavored cream soda and come back later in the day to fill up with Open Trail Ginger Ale before they hit the road home. We have been serving up our old fashioned soda pop since 2002 and are now looking forward to expanding the brand into other parts of the country through franchising. If you are interested in building a business that will provide you the flexibility of operating your own event stand with an outstanding product using only the finest ingredients, pure cane sugar and less carbonation than the other soda pop purveyors, then it is time to learn more about joining the Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop Company crew.

Our ongoing Fees

Royalty payments are not assessed. All of your soda and branded products will be purchased from the franchisor and since we earn a profit on those sales, we do not impose a royalty based on sales volume. We even get notices about events that we can’t support – that’s when we would send them along to the territory owner to evaluate and accept if they’d like. How many flavors do you offer?

Take a guess. Yup! There are 9 unique and proprietary recipes are available for you to sell at your events. We will help you pick the fan favorites to include at every event and how to rotate through other flavors according to the event type, customer demographics and geography of your territory.
